Praise the Lord! The Annual General Meeting of 144 leader members was held right after three services last Sunday.

Praise God; He keeps revealing to us through various ways that our church should be one tree of life.

After 18th church anniversary, we are officially 18, an adult already! The young generation grows up in the church, some of them have even joined our co-worker team.

We have just celebrated our 18th birthday. Recalling God’s Grace over the past 18 years, I am deeply touched and greatly thankful. Besides granting us land and property, Father God brought His workers and their families to us.

Praise God, 611 Bread of Life Church shall shortly turn 18! Entering adulthood, she shall enter a new stage.

Flowers blossom to sheer beauty in May. Before church anniversary in May, as led by the Holy Spirit, C-Mo and I took a team to Malaysia, holding the “International Pastor Couples’ Camp” in Kuala Lumpur and the “Heart and Ball” International Basketball Match and Worshipers’ Summit in Kuching.

Thank God that before the Resurrection Day and Good Friday, on Thursday 18th April, the transaction of the 4 acres (160,000 sq.ft.) land of “Garden of Eden” in Cheung Chau was completed.

It is Easter Holiday this week, time to commemorate Jesus Christ rising from the dead and defeating death! Ever since Purim until now, God has been sending out the message of “turning defeat into victory” so that we may experience God’s might and breakthrough in all aspects. Last week, our “Curator staff” were invited by the Chinese Baptist Convention to the “Team Ministry Training Conference” held in Taiwan from 7- 9 April. “Acceptable 2019” is full of God’s grace! He has blessed my three-point shots. Last Sunday evening, 611’s basketball team won an overwhelming victory. In one match, I myself scored three-point shots three times, which was unprecedented.

We celebrated the recent Purim Festival in the most effortless way. “Story-telling” was excellent and even becomes a new trend in multimedia production. After the cell leader ordination ceremony last Sunday, there are exactly 1,000 cell leaders in our church now.

Penning “Pastor’s Note” week in and week out, I am always filled with boundless gratitude. Starting from the first sermon “Acceptable 2019” at the beginning of this year, I have not ceased thanking God for His “Acceptance” over us; as new things and blessings keep coming to us. Last Saturday, Professor Lin preached to over 510 people in the Abundant 120 Service. It is feast of Purim this week, celebrating the time God’s people were delivered from their enemies: their sorrows were turned into joy, and their mourning into a day of celebration. Since resuming the celebration of biblical festivals in 2004, we run an “Esther Musical” every Purim. It happens that we are in a period of rest this Purim, therefore we break away from this convention. The meaning of Purim will be shared through story-telling instead, a brand-new way for us to celebrate festivals.
