Last week (31 May 2020), the worship services were opened to cell leaders.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, there have not been any on-site worship services for three months. Thus, the 19th Church Anniversary Celebration and the musical King of Love II by the Levitical Drama team this week were still broadcast online.
Our media discipleship includes simultaneous online lessons with overseas Bible Schools, online equipping courses, and Children Church’s Story Corner. Even the Bulletin columns “Pastor’s Note” and “Words of C-Mo” are now changed to online interviews, “Following God” and “Mama’s Kitchen”.
The large-scale musical, Paul, due to the pandemic, was only broadcast in the Resurrection Sunday Service on 12 April.
By worship and meditating on Jesus’ death in the Good Friday Service on 10 April, we drew closer to the crucified Lord and understood more about Jesus’ sacrificial love.
This year marked our first live broadcast of our Purim celebration – and unlike past years where we held musicals, we presented this creative picture book for the “Book of Esther”!
Praise the Lord! Last Tuesday night (10/3), the Monthly Prayer Meeting combined with the 40th night of fasting and prayer went live.
During the severe epidemic, God has called us to gather together through morning devotion! Although church members are unable to gather in church, various ministry zones still live-stream worship services.
Last week, our church made a prompt response to the current epidemic, closing all church venues to the public for the sake of general well-being.
