Hallelujah, once again we are greatly thankful for the “Cruise Carnival ‘18” in which over 2,600 brothers and sisters, their friends and families and our branch churches built a super joyful “golden memory ball” together.
This event made history in our church, being a great Gospel harvest before “9.16 Baptism for a thousand” and the largest scale carnival and an international family camp of our church. The men and the
women, the young and the old, the family and the single all enjoyed the activities greatly, attracting even a Taiwanese Christian newspaper to send in their reporter.
The “Cruise Carnival ‘18” was also a prophetic act taken in the west coast of Pacific Ocean, the most eastern part of Asia to welcome the second coming of Jesus Christ, we must prepare the way for the
Lord Jesus. A week ago, as we read Nehemiah chapter 6 in morning devotion, the Holy Spirit enlightened us that 52 years later, in 2070, when I turn 116, the great work of planting Tree of Life throughout
Asia shall be completed (please refer to the Pastor’s Note last week). Having received this revelation, we embarked the Cruise journey.
The Cruise tour also signified that we were in the same boat, the whole church was as one man, to fulfil the “611 V ision”. In particular, we were
most moved seeing how the team of over 200 full-time staff was highly co-operative and committed. Indeed, there are a lot of difficulties along the way of revival and entering into God’s destiny, therefore, we must
be unified and vigilant, intercede and support one another.
Ten years ago, in 2008, after Jesus 101 evangelistic meeting, we took the first Cruise trip to Kaohsiung on “Rhapsody of the seas” with all co-workers, passing through Taiwan Strait when I led close to 100 co-workers to pray for cross-strait relations which were in a severe situation. Soon afterwards, the newspaper reported, “Dialogue between two sides resumed on the 6th month and the 11th day – 6.11”, warming up the cross-strait relations. Little did we know that 10 years later, we shall cross the Taiwan Strait on cruise again, we believe strongly that the wonderful will of God is in this.
Moreover, the first day of the Cruise trip, 23rd July was the 35th wedding anniversary of C-Mo and I. One gets 35 as one multiplies 5 by 7, truly, it was the day of the Lord as He wanted to be with the Church greatly!
Behold, brothers and sisters, how wonderful are the deeds of Father God who orchestrates every coincidence! We have been receiving from God that transformation of the land starts from the Glorious
Church which begins with the revival of the couple relationship. Whether the land is cursed or blessed, depending first on the revival of the Church, then the couple and family relationships being revived. May every couple and family receive the blessing of family revival, rise up to take on the vision and great work of transforming the land through the Church. • [2018.07.29]
