Those who Follow God Prosper in All

On our way of following God, God always gives us fresh manna. By the Spirit of Truth, He guides us and strengthens us by His Word! How grateful I am for God’s protection and guidance.

God has revealed to us that priests should take the lead to confess sin! During the curator staff’s meeting this Tuesday (August 24), C-Mo and I led 17 curator staff to have a deep confession of sin to sanctify our lives. This way, our relationships with God, people and ourselves shall be smoothened out. Then our lives can be more integrated. As we opened ourselves up to each other and confessed sins to God, His Spirit filled us up.

Immediately following that, during Morning Devotion on Wednesday (25th August), God encouraged us through the chapter we read, “Be strong, therefore, and prove yourself a man. And keep the charge of the Lord your God: to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His judgments, and His testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn.” (1 Kings 2:2-3)

God has one more promise for us: “Then Solomon sat on the throne of his father David, and his kingdom was firmly established.” (1 Kings 2:12)

For the past 20 years, we have been strong and proving ourselves a man, following God by faith in everything and keeping His Word. Indeed, we have experienced that we prosper in all that we do and wherever we turn. Our church, including every one of us, has been firmly established by Him! Irrespective of the situation, may it be the social movement, the pandemic or the turbulence of the world, we have been keeping His Word. Our faithful God has established us and made us prosper in all that we do. Amid times of trouble, we are blessed and prosper!

For instance, God gave me the vision of “Planting Tree of Life Everywhere in 52 Years” in 2018. Back then, I was clueless about how it would be actualized. But over these two years, in the midst of the severe pandemic, God has raised up our media and teams. Through live stream and media, our Sunday services, message and bible school and various programs reach the whole earth, how amazing is that! During the pandemic, God has also kept each of us safe and the offering we receive has not been affected. Surely, God’s grace is sufficient for us.

Dear brothers and sisters, let us prepare our hearts to enter the Day of Atonement. Under the light of the Holy Spirit, we confess our sins and admit our weaknesses and limitations. By God, we overcome our fear and are determined to keep God’s Word. This way, we are blessed and established, and whatever we do shall prosper!■【2021.08.29】
