Apostles’ Team First Trip to Sydney Birth Of Favor 611

After C-Mo’s 60th birthday on 26th Jan, the train of “Planting Trees of Life everywhere in 52 years” started. A team of 9 led by Pastor Joshua and C-Mo went to Australia. As soon as we set foot there, we saw flags hoisting up everywhere because 26th Jan also marked Australia’s national day, hence we received acceptance from the land.

This was truly God’s pearl journey! The team stayed in the Pearl Street and had a chance to visit top pearl shop. From the formation of pearls, we understand the importance of discipleship and mother-of-pearl embracing pearls. Being led by the Holy Spirit, Pastor Joshua and C-Mo had been embracing pearls of Australian co-workers, bible school students, brothers and sisters and even pastor family of our fellowship church. They loved, cared, appreciated, supported and even pruned them, nurturing and forming pearls so that each one shall display its brilliance.

On 5th Feb, Favor 611 organized a vision sharing, welcoming 52 keen participants. It happened to be the first day of Chinese New Year, confirming that we shall complete planting Trees of Life in 52 years.

The first service of Favor 611 was held on 10 February, with Pastor Barnabas preaching. As it is the first branch church of 611 with English as the mother tongue, there is on-stage English translation during service, so that the next generation shall worship God together. • [2019.02.17]
