1. Before entering the ring, robes off and play by the rules （Genesis 1:26-27; Philippians 2:5-8）
2. Do not overturn, tear down or back down from the ring（James 1:20; 1 John 4:18）
3. Be open and honest to share your feelings and innermost thoughts（Genesis 2:25; Ephesians 5:28-30）
4. Do not make personal attacks or dig up past quarrels、Be gracious（Matthew 6:12）
5. Do not involve others or aim at knocking down your opponent（Genesis 2:17）
6. If time-out is needed, ring the bell and cease fighting, do not persist in attacking（Ephesians 4: 32）
7. Seek help from the referee (i.e., a mature authority) immediately if unable to settle or carry on（Ezekiel 34:22-23）
8. Before sunset or bedtime, cease fire and rest well.（Ephesians 4:26）
