🍎 Vision, Anointing and Practice are equally important
611 Leadership Institute considers receiving vision, passing on anointing and practical exercises of same significance. This is greatly different from general academic diplomas offered by conventional seminaries, thus we only offer Pastoral Ministry Diploma.
🍎 There is no education requirement
- There was no education requirement following Jesus, hence we do likewise in recruiting.
- When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with Jesus. (Acts 4:13)
🍎 Gracious in admission but high graduation requirements
Traditional schools set high admission requirements but are very lenient in graduation. In Spirit-renewed Leadership Institute, we advocate “Many are welcome, few may graduate” because many are called, but few are chosen (Matthew 22:14)
🍎 Despite lockdown due to pandemic, equipping of the saints should not cease
In response to prophetic revelation which mentioned few more waves of plagues coming. In order not to be affected by lockdown of various cities, online bible school is set up
🍎 End-time revival, speed up training
The end-time is approaching, 611 Leadership Institute has received the revelation to speed up training of workers, getting ready for the great end-time harvest. Bible school teachers teach in Hong Kong which is broadcast to various countries. When the pandemic is over, once every semester, bible school teachers will teach in Taipei 611, Kuching 611, GA611, etc, with live broadcast to online bible schools worldwide.
🍎 Bilingual translation, equipping nations
- Since the establishment of 611 Bread of Life Christian Church in 2001, there has always been bilingual worship services. Now there are 7 languages including Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Japanese, Tagalog, Indonesian and French going on for morning devotion every day. From 2018 onward, Hong Kong Leadership Institute has also started bilingual translation during class.
- Through bilingual translation in class, worldwide bible schools will be able to translate into their local languages such Malay, Arabic, etc., This way, workers of nations may be trained up.

When the Bible school teachers go around to different places, students of that place shall attend the lesson in person at the corresponding overseas bible school (Kuching 611, GA 611, Taipei 611, etc) for exchanges and receiving anointing.
P.S: Bible school students in Macau should attend the class in Hong Kong at least once every semester while students in Dubai are exempted from this requirement.

The online Leadership Institute is unaffected by the pandemic so that the equipping of the workers shall continue.

- For the on-site Leadership Institute, overseas students can only do practicum in their hometown during weekends. Yet the online Leadership Institute allows students to receive 611 DNA in their local churches and do practicum in their region during weekends.
- During online practice, students may learn from the worship, testimony, power ministry and different preaching styles from other countries.

🍎 The capacity of the teachers continues to increase
611 Leadership Institute was established in 2004 when there were around 400 people attending our church and no branch churches. In 2020, the church sees her congregation grown over 20 times, leading more than 110 branch churches. The horizon and capacity of all teachers are being broadened constantly, naturally the Leadership Institute is expanding in all aspects too.

611 has been receiving new wine from God wave after wave, e.g. New wine new wineskin, New wine overflowing: longing, emptying, filling, overflowing; Kindness is the key; One way; three true relationships (True light, the truth, true feeling); Embracing the pearl; Shekinah ladder (Confession and thanksgiving); freedom brings self-control; more love more trust; Angel inside; to express our BEING in our lives while our lives must be integrated; the fragrance of the Tree of Life, etc., The course is being renewed constantly, keeping it fresh and lively.
🍎 The fragrance of the Tree of Life series
611 coworker team is of over 200 people. The key to keep such a big team gelled is the family breakfast meeting held every Thursday morning. After the effort of Pastor Joshua and C-Mo for nearly twenty years, the presence of God is strong in 611. During the curator staff retreat on 1st July 2020, with one heart, we received that the ‘The Fragrance of the Tree of Life” is to fill the entire church, the Leadership Institute and all branch churches. Therefore, once a month, we will connect family breakfast meeting to all online bible school live-stream points. Every Friday morning, we will put together the highlights of previous family breakfast meetings. Led by curator staff and the staff concerned, there will be debriefing and Q&A session. In this way, the fragrance of the Tree of Life can be spread more quickly.

During the pandemic lockdown, God raised up 611 media team who not only made three global branch churches live-stream services possible, but also successfully supported bible school online course. Bible school students in various places were able to take classes at home and they gave very positive comments on the effectiveness of the classes.

🍎 Pass on the anointing without restrictions
The long-distance healing course has been conducted through live broadcast. Overseas bible school students were ministered and healed.
Example: During pandemic, Pastor Deborah did the healing & deliverance class online in Hong Kong with live broadcast to West Malaysia GA 611. She was not only demonstrating but also gave advices to students present. The whole teaching was also broadcasted to Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Taitung and Kuching, etc.
🍎 12 weeks in each semester, 4 days a week
- 12 weeks in each semester, classes will be on for 10 weeks.
- Classes are on Tuesday morning, Wednesday morning, Thursday afternoon and Friday morning, 4 sessions a week.
- The Leadership Institute highly regards the chances of students giving testimony, doing power ministry and preaching. Therefore, pre-class practice and 2-week practice are specially designed to provide more platforms for students to be upgraded.
🍎 Suitable for further study of pastors and equipping full-time workers.
The bible school provides 4 learning sessions each week, which is ideal for equipping pastors during the week as well as believer leaders who have full-time ministry calling.
It starts from the morning devotion on 7th Jan 2025. After morning devotion, lesson will go online around 10:15 am.
🍎 Build relationship through soaking
- 611 branch churches, disciple churches and network churches may apply to be 611 online bible school live-stream points.
- For those churches who are interested in joining, their senior pastors are recommended to spend at least three months soaking in HK611.
🍎 It’s required to have morning devotion and with same bible reading
The participating churches are required to have morning devotion and follow the format and progress of bible reading of Hong Kong 611 morning devotion.
🍎 Class venue and live broadcast equipment ready
The church is to provide class venue, video and live broadcast equipment.
🍎 Counseling and practicum for students
According to the number of students, assign counseling and practicum teachers and arrange pre-class worship, practice on preaching, giving testimony and power ministry as well as other related matters.

To apply as the location of live broadcast of the online Leadership Institute, the participating churches should have at least 5 students to enroll in order to facilitate exchange between students. As much as the live broadcast venue allows, there is no limit to the number of students.

🍎 The Online Leadership Institute is designed for pastoral staff and those brothers and sisters who have full-time calling.
Day-time online class is on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. Besides the aforementioned times, we do not replay the course material. All students are to participate in class and practicum. Those brothers and sisters with financial needs may arrange work outside class time.
🍎 Flexible according to the public holidays in different countries
Since the public holidays vary in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Dubai and Macau, if class takes place on a public holiday in a country, make-up class will be arranged according to the country concerned.
🍎 Flexible according to different time zones
Due to different time zones of overseas live-stream point, e.g. the time of the class varies in different regions e.g (compared with Hong Kong) Japan +1, Sydney +3, Dubai -4, etc. In general, students in Dubai can only join the live broadcast on Thursday PM and watch replay on other sessions of the week.

Leadership Institute teachers will teach in Mandarin with simultaneous English translation onstage. Off-stage translation such as Japanese, Cantonese can be arranged by the bible school concerned according to their needs.

🍎 The elective courses consist of four series: “The Truth,” “Following God”, “New Wine” and “Breath of Tree of Life.”
Tuesday: Truth Series, Wednesday: Following God Series, Thursday: New Wine Series, Friday: Breath of Tree of Life Series.
If you choose to take an elective, you must complete at least one of the Truth, Following God, and New Wine series before taking the Breath of Tree of Life series.
🍎 Only the elective students whose attendance on the selected series is above 70% can have credit awarded.
For example, there are 8 lessons of two topics in one series; students are to attend more than 6 lessons in order to receive credit. For a series of three topics in twelve lessons, students are to attend more than 9 lessons to receive credit.
🍎 It takes eight years to complete the entire program if you enroll in one series per semester. We have had successful graduates who were elective students at HK 611 Bread of Life Church.
🍎 Elective students are eligible for studentship and are required to pay enrollment fees. They must also sit for an entrance exam and provide a letter of recommendation from their cell leaders or pastors. If they meet the graduation requirements, they will receive a certificate from the Bible School.
🍎Audit students are not eligible for studentship and are not required to take any entrance exams or maintain attendance records or submit assignments. No graduation certificate is issued.
🍎The Breath of Tree of Life series is unavailable to audit students. Additionally, this course is designed to be taken alongside another series to ensure well-rounded development.
🍎 Morning Devotion is one of the most important channels for brothers and sisters of 611 Bread of Life Church to seek God’s guidance and receive His revelation. The Leadership Institute encourages every Bible School student to benefit from this blessing.
🍎 The Leadership Institute aims to foster good spiritual habits among students by assigning credit to Morning Devotion.
🍎 Once a week, the Bible School teachers will lead the students in Morning Devotion to share and discuss the Word of God.
🍎 Once a month, the teachers will arrange a breakfast meeting with the students to review their learnings and share their spiritual experiences.
🍎 The students have to pay for practicum credits
- Traditional seminaries provide students with internships in various churches, which often offer monetary compensation to the students.
- The internships at the 611 Leadership Institute (Bible School) focus on imparting anointing and nurturing personal growth of one’s BEING. The practicum is considered as a course credit.
- Through the practicum, students gain firsthand experience.
- Worship Service Practicum: Provides opportunities to understand different aspects of worship service operations.
- BEING Practicum: Aids in developing students’ character and helping them connect with people, gaining a deeper understanding of God’s creation and finding joy in serving Him.
🍎 With God’s calling, in faith, there is provision
In faith, 611 Leadership Institute looks to God for His provision. Therefore, students are encouraged not only to find a part time job in the afternoon, but also to practice living by faith for God’s provision.
🍎 If in debt, clear the debt before study
If a student is in debt (mortgage excluded), he is not encouraged to study. Wait until the debt is clear before applying

Leadership Institute provides scholarship to the outstanding achievers, encouraging them to be diligent in study.
🍎 With unity comes blessings
God highly esteems unity between couple. Pray more and wait until your spouse agrees with you before applying. Such unity shall certainly bring great blessings.

🍎 The practicum of holding MG12 cell group is to make sure the students understand the vision of MG12 and put it into practice. Therefore, it is not necessary to ordain two more cell leaders.
However, you need to keep 2 cell leaders and over 20 cell members in your tribe by the time of graduation. Moreover, we encourage students to continue MG12 discipleship to bless many. In addition, the quality and quantity of your tribe is related to the learning outcome.
🍎 The concept and practice of the MG12 cell group is an important feature of the 611 Leadership Institute. In principle, we recommend students to obverse and learn about the features of MG12 within the two-year program as much as possible. However, we still respect the final decision of the Senior Pastor of the student’s home-church. If the student’s home-church does not have a cell group structure, it is recommended that the student should take practice in a MG12 cell group church.
🍎 Get the Visa first before coming to Hong Kong.
We surely welcome overseas students to study in Hong Kong. For the overseas students, the Leadership Institute is responsible to apply the Visa for them. However, overseas students have to apply for the training visa for application. Please apply it 2.5 months before admission.
🍎 Accommodation confirmed before applying for visa
Although accommodation is a serious problem in Hong Kong, the Leadership Institute strives to provide small hostels for students. You are required to apply for accommodation at least two and a half months prior. Training visa application and various arrangements shall start only after accommodation is confirmed.
🍎 For the admission fee, please refer to the “#How to apply”. It costs around HKD 150 per day for catering. Students should arrange their own expenses.
- In order for overseas students to receive most immediate medical cover, applicatns must purchase “hospital insurance” of the whole year before arriving in Hong Kong, and send the copy of insurance by post of email to 611 Institute.
- Oversea students may, through the insurance agent refereed by 611, purchase the hospital insurance which costs around HKD3,000 per year (for reference only).

- 若第一年選修真理系列的年份是單數年(尾數為1、3、5…)，那第二年選修真理系列，便應是雙數年(尾數為2、4、6…)，如此類推。
- 若同學於2025年修讀「真理、跟隨神」，2026年修讀「新酒、生命樹氣息」。因此2027年(單數年)，便應選修「新酒、生命樹氣息」，以免與2025年的課程重復了。

第二年修：新酒+生命樹氣息

✅升班安排：同學須完成一年級「領袖事奉文憑」的結業要求，經過面試通過後，才可升上二年級「實用教牧文憑」。

✅選修系列安排：
- 建議同學最理想是選修兩科，避免時間拖太長，難以完成。也可更多投入學房中，與同學們有更多的連結。
- 請先選修，真理系列、跟隨神系列、新酒系列。
- 生命樹氣息系列，定為最後才選修的系列科目。讓自己更適應學房的學習，再進入更多互動的生命樹氣息中。
- 依照選修科目多寡，修讀當天上課的晨禱課程。但實習部分必須每週完整投入五個時段，或在學籍屆滿前，留待時間許可時，另行選擇修讀。
🍎真理、跟隨神、新酒、生命樹氣息四大系列
611學房著重於「真理、跟隨神、新酒、生命樹氣息」四大系列的平衡發展。
🍎異象、恩膏、操練三者並重
611學房在異象領受、恩膏傳遞及實習操練三者並重，有別於一般神學院的學術性文憑，因此只頒發實用教牧學文憑。
🍎沒有學歷限制
- 跟隨耶穌沒有學歷限制，所以學房招生也沒有學歷限制。
- 他們見彼得約翰的膽量，又看出他們原是沒有學問的小民，就希奇，認明他們是跟過耶穌的。（使徒行傳4:13）
🍎入學從寬，畢業從嚴
聖靈更新的學房，辦校理念相對為「入學從寬，畢業從嚴」。因為被召的人多、選上的人少（馬太福音22:14）。
🍎疫情鎖國，裝備不停
回應先知性領受，在全球疫情下。為不受世界各地政府封城鎖國影響，因此設立線上學房。
🍎末世復興，加速培訓
末世腳步近了，611學房領受加速培訓工人，迎接末世大收割。學房講員將於香港授課並直播至各國；疫情解除後，學房講員於每學期有1次機會，分別至台北611、古晉611、GA611、聖印611等地親自授課，並同時轉播至各地線上學房。
🍎雙語翻譯，列國裝備
- 611靈糧堂自2001年成立以來，崇拜一直採取雙語翻譯，晨禱更是已經發展到普、粵、英、日、菲、印尼及法文等七種語言。2018年起，香港學房也開始於課程中進行雙語翻譯。
- 藉著課程雙語翻譯方式，列國線上學房也方便加上當地語言，例如馬來語、阿拉伯語、泰語等等，得以培訓列國工人。

611 從神領受一波又一波的新酒，如新酒新皮袋、新酒湧流：渴慕倒空裝載湧流、Kindness is the key、One way、三真關係（真光真理真感覺）、包珍珠、榮耀階梯（認罪感恩）、有自由有節制、有愛有信任、鑿出石中的天使、活出Being、人要整合、生命樹氣息等等，使得課程不斷更新、新鮮活潑。

611靈糧堂同工團隊超過200人，凝聚這一個團隊的主要關鍵就是每週四的家庭早餐會。張牧師師母經歷近二十年的經營，神的同在大大在我們中間。
特別在2020年7月1日的策展退修會中，我們同心領受「生命樹氣息」要充滿在整個教會、學房及分堂當中。因此每週五早上會將過往家庭早餐會精華片段剪輯，並且由策展同工及相關同工一起帶領大家debriefing及Q&A，以加速生命樹氣息的散播。

2020年順利運作線上學房，有來自11個國家地區共33間線上學房直播點一同上課。
🍎恩膏傳遞，不受限制
已試過遠距離教授醫治課程，藉著鏡頭直播，即時服事海外學房同學，並得著醫治。
【實例】疫情期間，帖心牧師在港直播醫治釋放課程至西馬GA611，不但可以示範，也可以給現場同學意見。整個過程也同時直播至台北、台中、台南、台東、古晉等地。
🍎每學期十二週，每週四天
- 每學期有十二週，其中上課十週。
- 上課時間分別是週二早上、週三早上、週四下午，週五早上共四堂。
- 學房著重同學見證、權能、講道，特設課前操練及二週操練週，以增加平台提升他們。
🍎教牧進修，全職裝備兩相宜
一週僅四個時段學習，非常適合教牧於週間接受裝備，更適合有全職呼召的信徒領袖接受裝備。

堂會必須要有晨禱，並且依照香港611晨禱方式與讀經進度

堂會需要提供上課場地、影音直播設備。
🍎有輔導，有實習
依照學生人數設立輔導及實習老師，並安排課前敬拜，以及講道、見證、權能操練等相關事宜。

申請堂會作為線上學房直播點，需要至少五名或以上學生報讀，方能彼此切磋。只要直播場地的空間許可，報讀人數沒有上限。

🍎若所在地與香港同時區是需要與學房同步上線；若所在地與香港有時差，可不用與香港同步上線，我們會提供課程錄影檔，當地教會（直播點）可以按所定上課時間播放，所有同學也是同步線上學習。

🍎線上學房專為教牧同工、全時間呼召弟兄姊妹所設計的課程。
日間線上上課的時間是週二、週三早上、週四下午、週五早上，除此之外沒有提供課後重播。同學需要參與課堂和實習，若弟兄姊妹有經濟需要，請安排其他時間工作（上班）。
🍎假日不同，彈性調整
由於香港、台灣、馬來西亞、杜拜、澳門等地的國定假日時間不同，若上課日期與國定假期重疊，屆時再按該國情況，協調補課方式。
🍎時區不同，彈性調整
由於各地時區不同，例如上課時間（與香港時差）日本+1，雪梨 +3，杜拜 -4等。一般而言，杜拜只能參加週四下午同步上課，其他時段只能預錄播放。
🍎普英翻譯，台下可加
學房講師上課採用普通話、英語台上同步翻譯，台下可以按各地需要，自行翻譯為日文、粵語等不同語言。

🍎選修是按「真理、跟隨神、新酒、生命樹氣息」四個系列區分。
週二 真理系列，週三 跟隨神系列，週四 新酒系列，週五 生命樹氣息系列。
如是選修，至少需先選修「真理、跟隨神、新酒」其中一個系列，才能選修生命樹氣息系列。
🍎出席選修系列70%以上，可以計算學分。
例如一個系列有八堂課，必須要出席六堂以上，得以計算學分。如一個系列有十二堂課，必須要出席九堂課以上，得以計算學分。
🍎每學期如果只選修一個系列，共需要八年時間。香港611靈糧堂也有這樣方式選修，最終畢業的例子。
🍎選修生會設立學籍，需要繳交報名費、小組長或牧者推薦信、參與入學考試等等，符合畢業條件者，學房會頒予畢業證書。
🍎旁聽生不會設立學籍，不用入學考試，沒有學習記錄，不用交作業，最終沒有畢業證書。
🍎生命樹氣息系列，不設旁聽生，也不能單單選修該科，必須加選其他系列，方能平衡發展！
🍎晨禱是611靈糧堂長期跟隨神，蒙神啟示引導的重要渠道之一。611學房期待每一個神學生都能夠得著這個極其美好的祝福。
🍎611學房期待透過修讀晨禱學分的方式，鼓勵學房同學建立一生美好的屬靈習慣。
🍎學房老師每週會安排一次與神學生一起晨禱，分享晨禱領受，與神學生一起交通討論。
🍎學房老師每月一次安排與神學生早餐，繼續交通學習心得、屬靈體會。
🍎神學生要繳付實習學分費
- 傳統神學院安排學生至不同教會實習，並由該教會給付神學生費用。
- 611學房實習側重傳遞恩膏和Being發展，實習部分算為學分
- 透過實習可讓同學親身經歷
- 崇拜實習：進入更多不同平台，認識崇拜裡各式的運作。
- Being實習：發展Being，幫助跟人連結，更明白神的創造，更增添事奉的喜樂。
🍎有呼召，有信心，有供應
611 學房是憑信心仰望神的供應，故鼓勵學生一方面善用下午時間兼職工作，另一方面亦可操練信心仰望神的預備。
🍎有欠債，先還債，再報讀
若有欠債問題（房貸以外）不鼓勵修讀，等還清債務再報讀。
🍎有獎金，有機會
本學房設有獎學金，頒發給成績優良的同學，鼓勵學員專心學習努力爭取。
🍎有合一，有祝福
夫妻同心合一是神所看重的，可以多禱告，等待配偶同意才報讀，如此的合一必蒙大福。
🍎不需要。
🍎MG12小組的實習要求僅確保學員能夠真正明白MG12小組的理念與實踐，故不需要另外再增加2位小組長。
但是畢業時仍需維持2位小組長及體系人數至少20人的運作，並且學房鼓勵學員繼續操練牧養MG12小組，成為更多人的祝福。另外，MG12小組體系的質和量與學習成績攸關。
🍎MG12小組的理念與實踐是本學房重要特色，原則上建議學員在二年的學習階段能儘量觀摩及學習MG12的特點，但本學房仍尊重在經濟上支援學員的所屬教會主任牧師的最後決定。但是若所屬教會並未採用小組教會架構，本學房仍期盼您在實施MG12小組的教會中實習。
🍎先簽證，再抵港
我們仍然歡迎海外人士來港就讀。海外學生入讀學房，學房將會為其辦理訓練簽證，但海外生必須申請受訓簽證方可就讀，請入學前提前二個半月申請。
🍎先住宿，後簽證
雖然住宿問題在香港非常困難，學房已經竭力提供小型神學生宿舍，但請您至少提前二個半月申請宿舍床位，確定有床位之後，學房才著手辦理受訓簽證，以及各項安排。
🍎學費請參閱「#入學方法」。而每天餐飲費約每天港幣$150，請自行處理。
🍎住院保險，強制購買
- 為了讓海外學生得到最即時的醫療保障，申請者必須於來港前購買全年「住院保險」，並把相關保險證明書副本郵寄或電郵致 611 學房。
- 海外學生也可以透過 611 學房所轉介的保險代理，自行購買住院保險，費用約為每年 3,000 港元(數額只供參考)。
✅課程安排：
- 課程有四系列(真理、跟隨神、新酒、生命樹氣息)，以兩年循環為基礎安排；所以選修同學，須留意選修的年份。
- 若第一年選修真理系列的年份是單數年(尾數為1、3、5…)，那第二年選修真理系列，便應是雙數年(尾數為2、4、6…)，如此類推。
- 若同學於2025年修讀「真理、跟隨神」，2026年修讀「新酒、生命樹氣息」。因此2027年(單數年)，便應選修「新酒、生命樹氣息」，以免與2025年的課程重復了。
舉例：
第一年修：真理+跟隨神
第二年修：新酒+生命樹氣息
第三年修：新酒+生命樹氣息
第四年修：真理+跟隨神
✅升班安排：同學須完成一年級「領袖事奉文憑」的結業要求，經過面試通過後，才可升上二年級「實用教牧文憑」。
- 四系列課程、晨禱、實習，皆符合及格標準。
- 讀經兩遍、背經150節。
- 已按立為小組長。
✅選修系列安排：
- 建議同學最理想是選修兩科，避免時間拖太長，難以完成。也可更多投入學房中，與同學們有更多的連結。
- 請先選修，真理系列、跟隨神系列、新酒系列。
- 生命樹氣息系列，定為最後才選修的系列科目。讓自己更適應學房的學習，再進入更多互動的生命樹氣息中。
- 依照選修科目多寡，修讀當天上課的晨禱課程。但實習部分必須每週完整投入五個時段，或在學籍屆滿前，留待時間許可時，另行選擇修讀。
