Heavenly Father,

I thank you today that we can come to You with confidence and receive mercy and find grace in this time of need. During this time of fasting, we acknowledge and understand that this will be a time of testing. Purify our hearts in this time that we might become more of who You have called us to be. May we experience Your love burning in our hearts so deeply that it purifies our hearts , we pray in Jesus name.
