In 2003 I was chosen to a MG Leader and hence I arose to learn discipleship. Then, I started to share the Gospel in school and motivated my students to know God and attend church. All my family members came to Christ and joined 611 for worship service and began to serve God. Revival has come to both my family line and school.
In 2008 I answered God’s calling and entered 611 Leadership Institute to be equipped. Actually a few years ago I had already graduated from the Joshua, night-time bible school. Deep down, I knew clearly that the day-time program was not just about the learning of the truth but more about the shaping of life – getting my life ready for adjusting, pruning and cleansing. Two-year Bible school allowed my body, soul and spirit to be recuperated, reshaped, restored and renewed. In this way, my life has been adjusted to align more with God and I discover more of my BEING, praise the Lord.
Morning devotion was what I enjoyed the most. Leaving the role of a teacher, I stepped onto the green pasture as a student, where the light of God’s word exposed the darkness of my heart. As I delighted in the cleansing of the Holy Spirit, my rhythm of life was slowed down. The truth has set me free while the hidden and accumulated feeling of suppression gradually left me.
The courses of the day-time program were for real and without parallel. The Scripture Series has opened up my horizons. As the Bible is closely connected within chapter and book, teachers taught us how to know the train of thoughts and identify the hand and will of God from the context. What a feast it was. The Life Series was my favourite – to understand life and God’s laws from the Bible; to gain wisdom from the people before us. There were all kinds of vivid sharing and teachers shared their lows and weaknesses in life. Time passed fast and in a blink of an ear I graduated. How I enjoyed the days of being a student!
