22nd May (Day 22)

For this is what the Lord has commanded us: ‘I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’ (Acts 13:47)

👋🏻 Expanding God’s Kingdom

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

O Lord, give your church the heart and outlook of the Kingdom, and let the church not only focus on ministries, but step out of the 4 walls, to participate more in expanding God’s Kingdom. Let us be the light of the gentiles, proclaiming salvation to the ends of the earth.

🕊 Church closely follows the Holy Spirit

O Lord, we believe that the Spirit from you to the church is boundless so we will not restrict you. When you work on other groups, may you give us courage to cross the boundary, follow the Holy Spirit and be filled with power, be the light and the salt for the Lord. Amen!
