9 May (Thur) Prayer Direction

With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God’s grace was so powerfully at work in them all (Acts 4:33)

⛳ Transformation of personal life
May God kindle our first love, help us not to conform to the pattern of the world, but be transformed by the renewing of our mind, always test and approve what is God’s pleasing and perfect will and walk on them. Let us be more willing to surrender ourselves and be united as one.

⛳ Transformation in family
O Lord, we cry out to you, for you have promised us of family reconciliation in Malachi Chapter 4, and it will be fulfilled in this generation. May God turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers. The stability of families brings social solidarity. So Lord, may the river of healing continue to flow in each family and to bring testimonies of reconciliation.

⛳ Transformation of churches
O Lord, may the power of the early churches pour on us again and take us out of the four walls. Let us be aware of the livelihoods of our society and boldly proclaim the truth for the Lord.

In the name of Jesus, I bind, rebuke and cut off the spirit of religion, it shall leave all churches. Let all churches lay down their own prejudice and stay united in prayers like the apostles in the early churches. Then, we shall receive the heavenly ruling authority and witness the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, and may all people be highly favoured. Amen!
