一、我要求告神，因祂從極低之處拯救我 (v.1-6)
I ask God to save me from a very low place
二、我要歸回安息，因神以厚恩待我 (v.7-12)
I will return to rest, because God has been good to me
三、我要舉起救恩的杯，在萬民面前讚美耶和華
I will lift up the cup of salvation and praise the Lord before all people (v.13-19)
