報名指引

1. 請留意每學季之網上報名時段。
2. 每學季之生命課和感恩分享會為學生必須出席之課堂，敬請預留時間出席。
3. 本中心將採用 WhatsApp 或「谷歌課室」作課程公告和教學用途；如您未有gmail，請立即申請。谷歌用戶註冊 
4. 歡迎所有611靈糧堂和分堂的弟兄姊妹報名參加本中心課程；部分課程亦歡迎新朋友參加。選擇課程時請注意「對象」和「入讀要求」。
5. 課程報名將以先到先得的方式派位，報名時間記錄以本中心電腦為準。
6. 網上報名表格只作收集個人資料及課程意願用途，並未完成報名程序。如獲派課程之弟兄姊妹未能如期繳費完成報名程序，名額將轉至候補名單。
7. 於成功遞交網上申請後，電腦顯示屏將會立即出現一則確認訊息。如你沒有收到此訊息，則表示可能有機會遇上了技術問題。請重新報名，或聯絡本中心接待處查詢。本中心不會因任何技術問題導致未能於指定時間內遞交網上申請而負責。
8. 網上申請一經成功遞交，便不能對選項作出任何修改。填寫時請審慎考慮。
9. 本中心導師擁抱「恢復真實敬拜」、「興起下一代敬拜者」的異象，擁有多年教學經驗、曾於著名學院或師隨名師接受專業訓練。
10. 除非特別註明，所有課程均以粵語為主要授課語言，並以普通話和英語輔助教學。
11. 班別程度：

• 【體驗班】適合完全沒有相關學習經驗、希望認識課程、本中心及教會之人士
• 【延伸學習課】適合相關課程現有學生或舊生重溫和熟練之前所學的技巧
• 【入門】適合完全沒有相關學習經驗、希望培養相關學習興趣、初體驗之人士
• 【初階 (I)】適合已完成入門課程、已掌握相關基本技巧、並希望將來能在教會服侍之人士
• 【初階 (II)】適合已完成初階(I)課程、已掌握相關基本技巧、並願意嘗試在教會投入服侍實習之人士
• 【中階 (I)】適合已完成初階課程、已掌握一定相關技巧、並願意在教會投入服侍實習之人士

12. 周四課堂有機會因「月朔禱告會」之特別安排而順延。
13. 學生請自携樂器或樂器配件上課，入門班學生可經本中心代訂樂器或配件。為預留充足時間訂購和送貨，如你有需要我們代購，請於報名時表明。
14. 請確保報名資料正確，以便聯絡。
15. 17歲或以下之報名者必須提供監護人資料，該名監護人必須為18歲或以上居港人士。

第一部份：異象

本中心所有課程均為培育屬神之敬拜者和服侍者而設，學生應以接受裝備和謙卑服侍的心態去參與課程、並跟從本中心之安排。

第二部份：報名和繳費

1. 每季課程須經網上系統報名，報名後電腦將顯示信息確認遞交申請成功。
2. 本中心將以「電子郵件」形式通知獲取錄者，其他申請者如於開課前一天仍未收到通知，即作落選論。
3. 獲取錄者須於限期前攜同取錄信息到611靈糧堂富麗一樓接待處繳交學費方為完成報名程序，否則名額將由候補名單補上。
4. 本中心不設分期付款，學生須一次性繳付全期學費。
5. 本中心提供特別學費優惠予以下報名者：

• 本會/分堂同工
• 本會/分堂同工子女
• 全修/選修 日/夜間學房學生(包括海外學房)
• 持上一學季獎學卷之本中心學生

第三部份：上課安排和規則

1. 請妥善保存繳費收據、並於第一次上課時出示以確認身分。
2. 若班制課程人數不足，本中心有權安排班別合拼，或調動上課時間、課室及導師。
3. 除了教會假期或特別安排、教育局就有關惡劣天氣或特別情況（包括傳染病、政局不穩等）的停課宣佈外，本中心將根據已定課表上課。如遇以上情況，本中心將於課堂開始兩小時前透過WhatsApp群組通知學生課堂取消、順延、或改作網上課。
4. 請一起愛護神的家，課室內請勿飲食（清水除外）。下課前請還原場地、保持整潔。
5. 未經導師許可，課室（包括網上課室）不得使用電話、錄音、攝影或攝錄。敬請於上課前把所有響鬧裝置關掉，或調較至靜音模式。
6. 親子班課程需由一名成人陪同上課以協助幼兒學習；其他課程，除學生本人以外，其他人士未經許可不得參與。
7. 學生如損毀本中心或教會任何樂器或設備，本中心保留向學生或其監護人索償損失之權利。
8. 未得本中心許可，學生不得私自更改上課時間，或轉讓任何人士代替上課。
9. 本中心期望學生達到以下出席率：
   – 必須出席每期第一課的生命系列課和最後一課的感恩分享會(實習課)；
   – 其餘技巧課出席率必須達八成；
   – 開課20分鐘後到達 / 網上簽到將作缺席論。
10. 凡班制學生缺席、或因教育局宣佈停課而導致取消課堂，本中心將不會安排補課、補時或退款。
11. 學生、導師及訪客需小心自行保管財物，切勿寄放物品至接待處。

第四部份：房間預約

1. 本中心房間只供學生練習和導師教授用途，租借時間為半小時一節，每節港幣25元正。如需租借，請先致電或發短信至本中心查詢，並盡快到本中心接待處繳費方完成房間租借確認，先到先得。
2. 學生須出示繳費收據後方可使用已預約之房間。
3. 為善用資源，一旦決定不使用已預約之房間，請盡快致電取消預約，以免其他弟兄姊妹未能使用。唯租金不會安排退還。
4. 預約房間後請準時到達和交還，如房間空置超過10分鐘，將開放予即場租用，惟該節仍將以原價收費。

第五部份：通訊和其他事項

1. 請時常留意電子郵件 / WhatsApp / 谷歌課室 訊息，或向本中心接待處查詢。
2. 本中心所製作的教材均受香港「版權條例」之保障，不得轉售。
3. 本中心保留修訂及更改以上守則之權利。
4. 如以上內容之中英版本有異，以中文版本為準。

1. Pay attention to the enrollment period of each term.
2. Compulsory attendance is required for the Life Series Class and Thanksgiving & Sharing Session. Please reserve your time to attend.
3. HISCO is going to use “WhatsApp” or “Google Classroom” as the platforms for further announcements as well as learning and teaching. Register a “gmail” before enrollment if you do not have one. Google Account Registration
4. Welcome all Brothers and Sisters of 611 Bread of Life Christian Churches (including branch churches) to apply for the HISCO courses; new-comers are welcome to participate in some of the courses specified. Please pay attention to the ‘Target Participant’ and ‘Pre-requisite’ when choosing a course.
5. Course allocation is first-come-first-serve. The enrollment record is based on HISCO computing system. .
6. The online application form is only for collecting personal particular and preferences. This form submission does not mean a successful enrollment. If Brothers and Sisters who are allocated into any courses do not settle the payment for enrollment completion, the quotas will be given to the applicants on the waiting list.
7. A confirmation message will pop-up on the screen once you have successfully submitted the online application. If you do not receive the message, probably you have faced some technical problems. Please apply again or contact HISCO Reception for enquiry. HISCO is not responsible for any delayed application due to technical problems.
8. Once this online application is submitted successfully, the stated preferences and priorities cannot be changed. Please make careful consideration at this stage.
9. Our tutors embrace the visions of ‘Restore Authentic Worship’ and ‘Raise Up the Next Generation to be Worshippers’. They are with abundant teaching experience, and were well-trained in famous institutions or under professionals. 
10. Unless specified, all courses are conducted in Cantonese, assisted with Putonghua and English.
11. Class Level:
    • [Experiential] For those who wish to get to know the courses, HISCO and Church 611
    • [Extended-learning] For the current students of the course who would like to get more familiar with the skills learnt before
    • [Introductory] Suitable for those who have no relevant learning experience, and wish to have a trial to nurture a hobby
    • [Beginner (I)] Suitable for those who have completed the Introductory course and can handle the relevant basic techniques, and wish to serve in church in the future
    • [Beginner (II)] Suitable for those who have completed the Beginner (I) course and can handle the relevant basic techniques, and are willing to be arranged for the serving practicum in church
    • [Intermediate (I)] Suitable for those who have completed the Beginner courses and can handle the certain relevant techniques, and are willing to be arranged for the serving practicum in church
    • [Intermediate (II)] Suitable for those who have completed the Intermediate (I) course and can handle the certain relevant techniques, and are willing to be arranged for the serving practicum in church
    • [Upper-intermediate (I)] Suitable for those who have completed the Intermediate courses, are willing to acquire further techniques and serve in church
    • [Upper-intermediate (II)] Suitable for those who have completed the Upper-intermediate (I), are willing to acquire further techniques and serve in church
    • [Pre-advanced] Nomination from church or tutor is needed
    • [Advanced] Nomination from church or tutor is needed
    • [In-depth] Nomination from church or tutor is needed
12. “Monthly Prayer Meeting” may cause postponement of classes.
13. Students should bring their own instruments or instrumental gadgets for class. Students of Introductory classes can purchase instruments or instrumental gadgets via HISCO.  To reserve enough time for purchase and delivery, state on the application form if you would like us to purchase for you.
14. To facilitate our communication, please ensure the accuracy of the application information.
15. Aged 17 or below must provide your guardian’s information. The guardian should be a Hong Kong resident aged 18-year-old or above.

RULES & REMINDERS FOR STUDENTS

PART I: VISION

The courses we offer are for spreading Good News, as well as nurturing worshippers and stewards in God’s Kingdom. Students should attend courses and follow the arrangement with a humble attitude of receiving trainings and serving God.

PART II: ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT

1. Online application is applied to each term. A message will pop up on the screen to confirm that your application is submitted successfully.
2. An email will be sent to each selected applicant as a confirmation of the offer. For other applicants, if you still have not received any message on the day before the class starts, you can treat your application as fail.
3. For completing the whole enrollment procedure, all selected applicants should settle the payment of the tuition fee by the stated deadline in the message at any appointed bank or via online / mobile banking, and upload the information as well as the payment receipt to the online system. Any late payment or incomplete information will lead to an unsuccessful enrolment. The offer will be given to other applicants on the waiting list.
4. No installment plan is accepted. Students should settle the tuition fee with one single payment.
5. HISCO has special offer for the following applicants:
   • 611 Co-workers (including branch churches)
   • Children of 611 co-workers (including branch churches)
   • Full-time / Part-time Day-time / Evening-time students of 611 Leadership Institute (including overseas 611 Leadership Institute)
   • HISCO Voucher holder of the previous term

PART III: CLASS ARRANGEMENT AND RULES

1. Keep your receipt carefully, and present it for attendance-taking at your first class.
2. If there is insufficient no. of applicants, HISCO reserves the right for merging classes, as well as changing the time, venue and tutor of a class.
3. All classes will be conducted as scheduled, except clashing with the CHURCH holidays or any special arrangement made by CHURCH, or a school suspension announced by the EDB due to unstable weather or any special situation (including spread of diseases, unstable political condition, etc.). For any of the above conditions, HISCO will inform the concerned classes via WhatsApp at least 2 hours before the classes start.
4. Let us preserve our spiritual home by no eating nor drinking in the classroom (except water). Return the classroom to the original setting after class and maintain its cleanliness.
5. Without your tutor’s permission, do not use mobile phone, camera nor any recording devices in class (including online classroom). You are advised to switch off or mute all alarms and electronic devices before class.
6. For parent-child courses, an infant should attend class accompanied by his/her guardian; for other courses, no non-enrolled can participate in the class.
7. If any student is found damaging any musical instrument or equipment of HISCO or CHURCH, HISCO reserves the right to request a compensation from the student or his/her guardian.
8. Without HISCO’s permission, students should not change the class time nor allow anyone to replace him/her.
9. HISCO expects students to meet the following attendance:

• • Compulsory attendance of the first class – Life Series and the last class – Thanksgiving and Sharing Session;
  • At least 80% attendance of the technique classes;
  • Absence will be marked for any arrival / attendance-taking 20 minutes after the class starts.

1. No make-up session or partial refund will be done for any absence from a class, or any class cancellation due to school suspension announced by the Education Bureau (abb.: ‘EDB’). 
2. Students, tutors and visitors are responsible for their own belongings.

PART IV: ROOM RESERVATION

1. All rooms in HISCO are for students’ practice and tutors’ teaching only. The room rental fee is HKD 25 per session (30 minutes). Contact HISCO for checking the room availability first and settle the payment at HISCO Reception to confirm the reservation at first-come-first-serve basis.
2. Students should present the payment receipt for claiming the room reserved.
3. For better usage of resources, once you have decided not to claim a reserved room, cancel your reservation by calling HISCO to re-open the timeslot for other Brothers and Sisters at once.
4. Claim the reserved room and return it punctually; for any reserved room emptied for 10 minutes, it will open for walk-in, yet the rental fee will stick to the original price.

PART V: Communication and Other Policies

1. Pay attention to email / WhatsApp / Google Classroom messages, or make your enquiry at HISCO Reception.
2. The learning and teaching materials used by HISCO are under the protection of Hong Kong Copyright. Any re-sale is prohibited.
3. HISCO preserves the right of revision to the above articles.
4. HISCO will stick to the Chinese version of the above content if any discrepancy is found between the Chinese and English versions.
