一、罪得洗淨：從壓抑到承認 v.1-9
Cleansing of Sin: from Repression to Confession
1. 誠實面對自己，必得認識真我的智慧 v.3, 6
Honesty gives us wisdom of facing the self
2. 坦然面對神，相信只有神能潔淨我 v. 2, 4, 7, 9
Facing God, only He can cleanse us
二、靈得喜樂：從丟棄到讚美 v.10-15
Joy of the spirit: from Abandonment to Praise
1. 神不丟棄我們，只有我們丟棄自己
God never abandons us, only we give up
2. 認罪的結果是喜樂，踴躍讚美
Confession brings joy, and praise
三、關係得修補：從輕忽到喜愛 v.16-19
