一. 蒙神赦罪是有福 v.1-2 Such a blessing it is to be forgiven by God
二. 罪中掙扎極痛苦 v.3-5 So painful it is to struggle in sin
三. 把握時機求告神 v.6-7 Seize this time to call on to God
四. 受勸戒歡呼喜樂 v.8-11 Receive counsel and shout for joy
